Al Sharpton is a Racist Hypocrite
Al Sharpton has made a career of making racist comments, so it’s hard to stomach his calling for Don Imus to be fired from his radio program. Al Sharpton has done much worse and as far as I know, never apologized for it.
In the Tawana Brawley case, a 15-year-old black girl was found smeared with feces, lying in a garbage bag, her clothing torn and burned and with various slurs and epithets written on her body in charcoal. Brawley claimed that she had been assaulted and raped by six white men, some of them police officers, in the town of Wappingers Falls, New York.
Attorneys Alton H. Maddox and C. Vernon Mason joined Sharpton in support of Brawley. A grand jury was convened; after seven months of examining police and medical records, the jury determined that Brawley lied about being assaulted by the police. Sharpton, Maddox and Mason accused the Dutchess County prosecutor, Steven Pagones, of being one of the perpetrators of the alleged abduction and rape. The three were successfully sued for slander and ordered to pay $345,000 in damages, the jury finding Sharpton liable for making seven defamatory statements about Pagones, Maddox for two and Mason for one. In an interview with Bill O’Reilly, Sharpton was clearly on the side of rogue prosecutor Mike Nifong and the black woman who made false, racist allegations against three white college students in the Duke lacrosse rape case. I haven’t seen any apologies for that either.
O’REILLY: Why are we standing up for the girl if there is the possibility, based upon evidence, that the girl may have fabricated the story? Why don’t we all pull back and let the authorities investigate and let the legal system work?
SHARPTON: Well, first of all, the authorities have charged there was a crime, so they are not saying that at all. Second of all, people on any side of an argument have the ride to advocate on behalf of who they believe. Thirdly, I think that when the prosecutors went forward, they clearly have said this girl is the victim, so why would we be trying the victim and not the…
O’REILLY: I don’t want to try anybody, but there is enough evidence that has surfaced here. We have evidence that DNA doesn’t match the kids. We have evidence that ABC News uncovered that there is a recording made by a security guard who looked at the victim after she said she was raped and said there was no problem and we have a police officer who found the victim drunk in a car in a 7-Eleven who phoned it in before she went to the hospital. So when you have three elements like that, I say there is reasonable doubt right now. You know what the grand jury proceeding is.
SHARPTON: Absolutely.
O’REILLY: It’s a one-sided proceeding.
SHARPTON: But I think that all of the facts that you have laid out the DA had — and I know this DA is probably not one that is crazy. He would not have proceeded if he did not feel that he could convict. So it tells me that all of what you said is either not true or he has convincing evidence that would certainly knock that out and no one is not letting him proceed…
Sharpton, a Pentacostal preacher and politician, likes prosecutors who give him the version of reality that is consistent with his own racist views.
As is the case with most religious people, evidence (or lack of it) is disregarded when making judgments.
Blacks have a long history of being victimized by a legal system that rejected evidence if favor of prejudice. You would think Al Sharpton would have learned from history and devote his time to fighting irrationality and hypocrisy rather than exemplifying both.

You should have also mentioned the fact that Sharpton refused to apologize for his false accusations in the Brawley case, and he refused to settle his suit. His supporters had to rally and pay the costs for him. He has yet to pay a penny out of his own pocket to settle that lawsuit.

And oh yeah, he was also involved in a cocaine deal. The deal didn’t go through, and he claimed that he only went along with the plan because he was in fear for his life, but there is video and audio of him talking with men about money and cocaine, and him agreeing to certain suggestions and terms. But that’s just a minor detail.

This is a message to Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson and their brainwashing followers who are too ignorant to see beyond their wall of blind emotional ignorance…. Note, I am not coming down on all black people, as many good natured black people will tell you these creeps don’t represent all blacks… In fact, some of the followers I am talking down on are white apologists who are too pussy to grow balls and will forever apologize for something they had nothing to do with.
Al Sharpton is a HUGE racist, his job is to stir the pot and keep racism going. If there were no racism, Al and Jesse Jackson would not have jobs. They are both hypocrites and opportunists, and any black person that sticks up for them and says they aren’t racist, are racist themselves. Any white person who defends them is a pussy and a self-hating uncle tom. If I stood up for Mark Furhman and said “he’s not racist” and made an endless trail of excuses to get him off the hook, would that not make me a racist as well?
Well the only difference between Furhman and Sharpton/Jackson are that Sharpton and Jackson are black. It’s the same attitude. They both spew out hate speech….. But, due to PCness, blacks and minorities are not scorned for being racist, in fact, whites are called racist merely for pointing out anti-white racism. Racism is a mindset, not how much power someone has. However, our president is a black man now, so they can not claim that “blacks don’t have enough power to be racist”.
It is this PC mentality that would have people think that whites are a seperate human race from the rest of humanity, and everyone else is perfect and incorruptible and incapable of ever being wrong on anything, and any white person who disagrees is “racist”. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black (no pun intended).
What’s more irritating is, because whites have been made to feel as though they are walking on egg shells just to mention race, many white PC fanatics fall into this line of thinking and are racist against themselves for something that hasn’t even happened in their lifetime, or that they themselves are not even guilty of….
Did whites do some screwed up shit in history? Yes, but, name a “race” who hasn’t? Rather they oppressed their own “race” or someone else’s is beside the point. Blacks are STILL enslaving other blacks in Africa to this day;– and don’t anyone tell me “oh it’s different, theyr more humane”– theyr forcing men and CHILDREN into caves at gun point to dig diamonds out of mines!
One only needs to look at Cuba, China, and Africa to see that they are just as animalistic and just as corruptible as white people are. Being non-white does not make you a seperate angelical human race. We’re the same damn human race, and skin color does not make someone pure, or beyond question or criticism. And saying this, does not make me racist, it makes me REAL. If someone wants to judge me because of my ancestors, then i could judge you because of what your ancestors have did too (to other HUMAN BEINGS). However, I’m a better man than that, instead I’ll judge you for being a racist prick.
Truth is, it’s time we stopped seeing stupid shit like race, and treat people as individuals, for their individual actions, and the content of their characters as INDIVIDUALS. This means, stop talking about race, stop teaching race in schools, stop feeling ways about race, let it go and move on. If people don’t see color, racism dies, and everyone is equal. See actions, not color. And no, I’m no “republican”, nor am I a “democrat”. I dislike clingy sticky group think bullshit. I’m just keeping it REAL.
In short, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, are racist, and they give blacks a bad name. They make a career of race-baiting and stirring the pot, they’ll stick up for blacks even when theyr dead wrong, they make a career out of making blanket statements against white people, and then they are so fast to jump the gun to accuse others of being racist against them. Theyr hypocrites. Anyone who makes excuses for them, or tries to hide behind the PC card to defend them, is just as guilty of being racist.
